• Deliverables will be provided based on mutually agreed milestones and deadlines.
• Revisions to deliverables may be subject to additional charges if they exceed the agreed scope.

5. Fees and Payment

• Payment terms, including due dates, installment plans, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the project agreement.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may incur interest charges or result in suspension of Services.

7. Intellectual Property

• Brivv Labs retains ownership of all intellectual property developed prior to or outside the scope of the project.
• Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use deliverables created specifically for them.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Brivv Labs’ materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services and Tools

• Brivv Labs may integrate or utilize third-party tools, platforms, or software as part of the Services.
• We are not responsible for issues, costs, or damages arising from third-party tools or platforms.

9. Warranty and Disclaimer

• Brivv Labs warrants that Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
• We do not guarantee specific results, such as rankings, leads, or conversions, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Brivv Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
• Our liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the specific project or Services.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• In the event of termination, clients will pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.
• Termination does not affect the confidentiality and intellectual property clauses of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

13. Force Majeure

• Brivv Labs is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

14. Amendments

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
