1. Payment Terms:
We believe in maintaining transparency and ensuring a smooth transaction process for all our clients. Below are our payment terms:
Payment Methods:
We accept payments via bank transfer, wire transfer, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Payoneer, UPI, Cryptocurrency (USDT) . Please contact us if you wish to discuss other payment options.
Payment Schedule:
Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upfront to initiate the project.
Final Payment:
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before delivery or handover of the final product.
Milestone Payments:
For larger projects, payment may be structured in milestones based on project phases. In such cases, you will be notified in advance of the payment schedule.
Late Payment:
Payments not received by the due date will be subject to a late fee of [20%] of the outstanding amount for each 7 days the payment is delayed.
Currency:
All payments are to be made in INR, USD, Euro (or any widely accepted currency) unless otherwise agreed upon.
Invoices:
Invoices will be sent via email, and payments should be made as per the invoice terms. Please note that all payments must be settled before we can provide the final deliverables.
2. Refund Policy:
We are committed to delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Below are the terms of our refund policy:
-If we fail to deliver the agreed services as outlined in the contract.
-If the project is canceled by us before completion due to unforeseen circumstances.
Process for Refunds:
To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of the project cancellation or non-delivery. We will review the request, and if applicable, process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services, including but not limited to digital marketing campaigns, maintenance, and custom design work, may not be eligible for refunds once started.
Project Modifications or Cancellations by Client:
If a project is canceled or changed by the client after work has commenced, a cancellation fee may apply. Any outstanding balance will be due at the time of cancellation.
3. Final Deliverables and Handover:
Upon final payment, all completed work will be handed over to the client, and ownership rights will be transferred as per the terms of the contract. The final deliverables may include, but are not limited to, website files, design assets, and source code.
